We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join a busy freight forwarding team. You will coordinate international shipments across air, sea and road freight, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international shipments
• Prepare customs and freight documentation
• Arrange collections and liaise with carriers
• Track shipments and manage pre-alerts
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and overseas teams
• Manage invoicing, job costing and shipment records
• Ensure compliance and timely delivery

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in freight forwarding/logistics
• Good knowledge of customs procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
