An international logistics company is looking for a FreightCoordinator to join their Control Tower team in Dublin.

You will coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery across air, road, ocean and specialist movements, while tracking shipments, managing delays and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments across multiple transport modes
• Track shipments and provide timely updates
• Resolve operational issues and delays
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Support high-value and secure movements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transport logistics or a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
