Your new role
Your New Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 22-week office refurbishment project in Penrith. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial refurbishments across the North West.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades and subcontractorsEnsuring health & safety compliance and site cleanlinessManaging programme schedules and reporting progress to the project teamLiaising with clients, consultants, and suppliersMaintaining quality control and ensuring works are completed to specification
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment projectsSMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certificationStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage timelines, budgets, and site logisticsOwn transport and tools preferred
