We're Hiring: Freelance Senior Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a new build housing development in Winsford starting shortly Overseeing subcontractors on-site of the new build.

What you'll do as a Freelance Senior Site Manager:

• Manage day-to-day of a large housing new build in Winsford
• Ensure project is completed in line with standards
• Lead and co-ordinate all subcontractors on site
• Work closely with the project director
• Ensure all works comply with drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular quality, safety, and environmental inspections
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Conduct daily site inspections

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Senior Site Manager:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Day rate
• Weekly pay on a Friday
