Freelance Senior Implementation Specialist - Dell Infrastructure

Job Specification:
Role: Senior Implementation Specialist - Dell Cyber Recovery & PowerFlex
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months
Working Modality: Remote - preferably Madrid-based (Spain)
Language Proficiency: Dutch preferred, English acceptable
Nationality: Open (must be legally able to work in Spain)

Mission:

• Share operational ownership for Dell infrastructure with the customer's team in Madrid
• Provision Dell infrastructure per standard procedures and client expectations
• Configure and maintain Dell infrastructure in line with change management protocols
• Support firmware upgrades for infrastructure components
• Conduct performance tuning where necessary
• Deliver environment analysis and transfer best practice knowledge
• Generate regular operational reports
• Recommend and implement procedure optimizations
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis reviews when needed

Technical Proficiency:

• Dell Cyber Recovery
• Dell PowerFlex (Custom Node configuration and support)

Desired Candidate Attributes:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dell enterprise infrastructure
• Confident communicator (English essential; Dutch a plus)
• Team player comfortable in customer-facing, operational roles
• Able to work independently while collaborating with remote teams

• No security clearance restrictions - candidate must be legally allowed to work in Spain.
