Project Manager - Industrial Projects (Nysa, Poland)
Location: Nysa, Poland

Our client is a global leader in materials technology and recycling. As a stable and forward-thinking international group, they develop and produce innovative materials used in high-performance solar cells for satellites, rechargeable batteries, LED applications, catalysts, and more. Their advanced recycling technologies recover valuable metals from used electronics such as laptops and mobile phones, contributing to a more sustainable world.

They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team at their state-of-the-art site in Nysa, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall management of assigned industrial projects.

  • Ensure the highest HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards are met.

  • Uphold and promote the core values of the organization.

  • Develop and execute detailed project work plans, adjusting to evolving requirements.

  • Define project execution strategies in coordination with senior leadership.

  • Oversee budget, schedule, risk, and resource planning.

  • Lead and coach multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.

  • Supervise engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

  • Ensure strong site presence and operational oversight.

  • Manage contractual matters with third parties, in alignment with organizational guidelines.

  • Proactively assess project changes and ensure benefits are realized.

  • Drive formal project closeout and handover processes.

Requirements: Technical:

  • Engineering degree with 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years leading industrial projects.

  • Strong background in disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, or CSA engineering.

  • Solid understanding of electromechanics, chemistry, automation, instrumentation & control.

  • Expertise in all core project management principles.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to maintain a high-level overview.

  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills.

Non-Technical:

  • Strong communicator and team leader who can engage effectively across all levels-clients, colleagues, suppliers, and senior management.

  • Passion for technology, engineering, and project delivery.

  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams in a complex, technical environment.
