Freelance content creator (Social media & storytelling)

Narici is a contemporary Italian perfume brand based in Milan, selling worldwide D2C at .

We work with single-origin Italian essential oils and absolutes, reimagined in unexpected ways. Our launch schedule follows the crop calendar: we release a new perfume each month, as ingredients are harvested and processed.

Our perfumes are only available through our website, so storytelling is at the heart of everything we do. We aim to be a platform for the people and places behind our scents: the farmers, the distillers, their century-old traditions or cutting-edge techniques.

We're looking for a freelance content creator to help bring these stories to life and grow our presence across social media - especially on TikTok, which we plan to develop in the coming months. We're a startup, so you'll help us write the rulebook as we go.

What you'll do:

• Create and post engaging content (videos, photos, copy) across all our social channels, in line with our tone of voice and visual identity
• Grow reach and engagement across platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram)
• Manage and nurture digital relationships - with Narici's community and the wider perfume space
• Work closely with the founder to spot and capture real-time content opportunities
• Share ideas, experiment, and help shape the voice of a young, growing brand

What we're looking for:

• Ideally based in Milan or Northern Italy, or able to collaborate in person when needed
• Fluent in English (all our content is in English - Italian is a plus, but not required)
• Open to any background - students, career changers, or creatives exploring new paths alongside other work
• Comfortable owning the content process: from planning to posting, with a willingness to test, learn and iterate

We're open to discussing the right setup with the right person.

Compensation based on experience, availability, and scope.

No agencies - we're looking to build a direct and creative working relationship.
