Job Description

Fraud Specialist - Banking vacancy for our Switzerland-based client in the banking sector

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the Fraud Prevention & Detection team in developing and enhancing fraud monitoring systems
  • Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to design fraud scenarios using diverse analytical principles to optimize detection and assessment
  • Creating and maintaining relevant documentation for fraud detection processes and systems
  • Executing regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports to support fraud investigations and strategic decisions
  • Assessing and managing change requests raised by the business related to fraud detection and prevention initiatives

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Strong banking experience with a focus on solution design, fraud, compliance, risk management, and legal
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fraud specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a project environment
  • Experience in project management or business analysis
  • Preferably certified as a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics, banking and finance, data/digital engineering, or a related field
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
