Fraud Prevention & Claims Validation Lead

NFU Mutual in Bristol is seeking an experienced Team Leader to steer a national First Party Claims Validation and Fraud team. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team, balancing people leadership with operational delivery and continuous improvement.

You'll build strong relationships across Claims, Underwriting, Agencies and supplier partners, influencing change while embedding a national approach.
