Monzo is seeking a Fraud Compliance Manager to join our 2LoD Fraud and Financial Crime Compliance team. You will oversee assurance reviews, challenge first line activities and provide data-led insights to govern fraud risks while maintaining a strong customer experience.

You will work to deliver the Fraud Assurance Plan, coordinate remediation actions and contribute to regulatory compliance across the organisation in a fast-paced environment.
