Fractional Product Leader - Elevate Team Craft (2d/wk)

Gofractional is seeking a Fractional Product Leader on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for 2 days per week over 9 months. You'll partner with the Head of Product and Product Design, focusing on improving team processes, discovery, and experimentation while guiding product craft and leadership across the team.

You'll act as a peer-level thought partner, mentoring senior leaders, and protecting the team's focus while aligning product outcomes with business goals.
