Position Overview

As a key member of the Ralph Lauren FP&A team, the Finance Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end financial support for EMEA store-related initiatives, including new store openings, renovations, refits, lease renewals, relocations, and temporary locations. This role also involves ownership of the Capital forecasting process and managing key Property-related P&L lines such as Depreciation, Rent, Rates, and Service Charges.

The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy, qualified finance professional with a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build influential cross-functional relationships. This role offers the opportunity to support strategic decisions and contribute to the business's long-term success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment appraisals and modeling of pro-forma P&Ls for store projects, including scenario modeling and stakeholder alignment.
2. Delivery of post-investment reviews to evaluate project performance against original business cases, identify key drivers, and develop recommendations for improvements.
3. Ownership of budgeting and forecasting related to projects, including Capital and Rent.
4. Building collaborative relationships to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across functions.
5. Supporting the preparation and presentation of project review decks for senior management and decision forums.
6. Analysis and reporting to support capital investment and ensure spending aligns with company policies and budgets.
7. Mentoring junior finance team members, providing guidance and support.
8. Assisting the Senior Finance Manager and broader FPA team with financial analysis and strategic or operational projects as needed.
