FP&A Lead - Startup Finance Builder with Equity

Talentedge Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced 1st FP&A Manager to build the FP&A function from scratch. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and providing strategic financial insights across a growing marketplace tech stack.

You will partner with product, tech, sales and marketing to drive SaaS KPIs, support funding discussions and implement robust FP&A controls using Looker, Tableau, SQL and Power BI. Equity is offered alongside a competitive £80-90k salary.
