Four Marks C.E. Primary - After School Club Leader

Working in a large primary school on the outskirts of Alton, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic After School Club Provision Leader to provide the necessary care and attention of children aged 4 to 11 years old after the school day.

The role entails setting the standards for a high level of after school care, planning each day and week to meet the needs of the children that attend. You will liaise and deal with parents and school staff members efficiently.

Each day you will need prepare simple snacks whilst supervising children as they take part in relaxed activities such as arts and crafts, construction toys, puzzles and board games, design ideas and games to keep them happy.

You will lead other staff members there to assist. Plan and prepare inspired days with arts, crafts, food and games.

Candidates will have a passion for child well-being, a good understanding of early years provision, safeguarding and be flexible to individual child needs.

The role does not require the teaching of sport or physical activity.

Hours will be 3 to 6pm everyday the school is open.

There could further opportunities for more hours in terms of breakfast clubs and school holiday provision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
