Founding Tech Recruiter & Hiring Engine Lead

PassFort in Greater London is looking for an experienced recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring for engineering roles. This hands-on position will involve designing hiring strategies, improving interview processes, and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in startup environments, and a strong intuition for technical fit. This role is crucial as PassFort scales rapidly in the Inspection industry.
