Founding Talent Partner: Build Our Hiring Engine

Saturn Fintech Ltd. in London is hiring a Founding Talent Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across engineering, design, partnerships, implementation, support, operations and finance.

You will build the interview architecture, ATS, sourcing engine, and hiring data, setting a high bar for exceptional talent. You will own pipelines, calibrate roles with founders, and drive process excellence while collaborating weekly with the founders and the Head of Operations.
