Who We're Looking For

We're building a team of passionate, professional coaches who want to make a real impact.

• Bring expertise in areas such asstrength training, fat loss, functional fitness, nutrition, mobility, or behaviour change
• Enjoy working in asupportive, community-focused environment
• Are driven to help clients achievemeasurable, meaningful results
• Are approachable, personable, and relationship-focused
• Want to helpshape the cultureof a brand-new club

Requirements

Essential:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA)
• Valid Public Liability Insurance

Desirable:

• Additional specialist certifications
• Experience with data-driven coaching tools (training provided)
• Background in premium or community-focused gyms
