Founding Growth Marketing Manager

This is a founding role where you build the growth engine from the ground up, with experienced operators beside you and a clear ICP in front of you.
You're joining a SaaS platform used by private equity firms to get visibility and control across portfolio companies: performance, risk, strategic initiatives, and value creation. The hard part is done: product-market fit is real, ARR is past €1M, the ICP is defined, and the US is already working.
Now the priority is: keep the pipeline moving. Not with generic ebooks and recycled playbooks, but with activity that fits how PE actually buys: reputation, trust, referrals, and being in the right rooms.
You'll work closely with leadership, sales, and a team that moves quickly and expects sharp thinking. You'll have space to build your own way of working, but you won't be left guessing: there's a deep library of real sales calls, clear messaging, and leaders who will coach you and challenge you.
What you will own:- Build and run demand gen that consistently creates qualified MQLs and feeds SQLs and revenue
- Translate sales activity and customer conversations into campaigns that sound like the market, not like marketing
- Improve visibility in AI discovery (ChatGPT, Claude and other LLM-driven search) by executing the foundations and distribution that actually move the needle
- Expand presence on software comparison sites, third-party platforms, and relevant industry publications
- Create sharp, usable content across LinkedIn, email, website, and customer communications that supports outbound and events
- Support leadership with thought leadership that reflects real POV from the market and real deals
- Help plan and support high-value industry events across Europe and North America, including follow-up that converts conversations into pipeline
- Use modern tools and AI to increase output without lowering quality
- Track performance, report on what's working, and build repeatable processes you can scale
- 2-5 years' experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or growth marketing (startup or scale-up experience helps a lot)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with high standards for clarity and detail
- A commercial mindset: you care about pipeline, conversion, and closed-won outcomes
- Experience running campaigns end-to-end
- Comfort working closely with sales and adapting fast when the market tells you something isn't landing
- Curiosity about how AI is changing buyer behaviour, and the willingness to test and execute, not just talk about it
- Confidence to represent the business at in-person events in a professional, credible way
You're not walking into "blank page chaos." You're walking into momentum: strong product-market fit, €1M+ ARR, a defined ICP, and proof the US market is there. Your work won't disappear into vanity metrics. It will show up in meetings booked, deals progressed, and revenue closed.
You'll learn directly from founders who have scaled multiple startups before, plus a sales team that is already deep in the market and generating real signal every week. There's a library of real sales calls and messaging that works, and leaders who will spend time with you early so you can ramp properly and then run.
