Job Description: As the first engineering hire, you will lead the technical development of an AI-first product transforming the UK social care system. Working alongside YC exited founders, you will architect scalable solutions that automate administrative burdens, directly improving outcomes for vulnerable children and enabling care workers to focus on essential support.

What you will do

• Own the end to end product development, architecture, and technical roadmap for the AI first platform.
• Design and implement intuitive UIs and secure cloud based systems for non technical users in sensitive environments.
• Integrate LLM services and build reliable features that accelerate decision making for care professionals.

The ideal candidate

• Product first full stack engineer with experience building secure, scalable cloud applications from the ground up.
• Proven track record in early stage startups or as a high agency builder comfortable with rapid prototyping.
• Technical proficiency in Python and React, with experience managing sensitive data and security compliance requirements.
