You will join a well-funded startup as a founding engineer, building automated workflows that help enterprise risk teams prevent losses. You will own features from concept to scale, architecting a high-performance platform as it grows from dozens to thousands of users. This is a high-impact role setting the engineering culture at the ground floor.

What you will do

• Build and own end-to-end features, scaling the platform backbone to support tens of thousands of users.
• Make critical technical decisions regarding infrastructure, system architecture, and product direction.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to deploy technology and ensure successful automation of complex workflows.

The ideal candidate

• Has roughly 3 years of full-stack or back-end experience within a high-growth startup environment.
• Possesses deep expertise in Python, SQL, and Terraform with experience building multi-tenanted infrastructure.
• Thrives in a low-ego, face-to-face collaborative environment and is excited by solving challenging, high-impact engineering problems.
