Job Description: As the first engineering hire, you will build a sophisticated software platform from the ground up to optimize data center energy consumption. You will own the technical stack, lead infrastructure decisions, and scale a high performing team. This role is pivotal in decarbonizing the digital infrastructure driving the global AI revolution.

What you will do:

• Architect and build the entire technical stack from scratch, delivering production level code and rapid MVP iterations.
• Lead all infrastructure, deployment, and technical decision making while maintaining high standards for security and scalability.
• Hire and mentor a core engineering team to deliver sophisticated features for a growing pipeline of enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record (5-7 years) delivering enterprise SaaS products with a strong bias toward execution and ownership.
• Versatile full stack expertise with the ability to navigate complex backend data processing and modern frontend visualization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast paced startup environments and a passion for building climate positive technology.
