Founding AI Engineer - Open-Source SRE Agent

Tracer in London is seeking a Founding AI Engineer (Staff) to own the core architecture of an open source AI SRE agent that investigates production incidents. You will build and ship grounded RCAs and fix suggestions across the production stack with humans maintaining control over decisions.
