Founder Support & AI-Driven Operations Lead

Hone is building AI engines that own outcomes and run themselves. We're seeking a hands-on operator to work directly with the co-founders in San Francisco, shaping what a person should handle and what an engine should take on next.

You'll manage founder calendars, recruit coordination, and oversee company logistics, events, and community, using lightweight systems and AI automations to keep recurring work running smoothly.
