Foundation Services Manager (f/m/d)

As a research-based family business with global presence, our client - Dr. Falk Pharma - focuses on the development and distribution of innovative medicines that improve patients' health and well-being around inflammatory bowel disease as well as digestive and metabolic problems.

The Falk Foundation e.V. is an independent platform for scientific exchange and further education in gastroenterology and hepatology.

• Support the overall success of the Falk Foundation (FF) by working alongside the Global FF team
• Local implementation and continuous improvement of FF Global Strategy and (digital) services in close coordination with the local team and best practice sharing with other affiliates
• Maintain existing and build new partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCP's) and other stakeholders
• Planning and coordination of the participation of local HCPs in international meetings (Medical Education Symposia, scientifically-oriented Symposia and pre- & post symposium Workshops)
• Establish and manage the local FF faculty (HCP panel) and organize FF faculty meetings
• Develop and implement annual plans to achieve corporate business priorities, managing associated budgets to ensure targets are met

• Degree in business studies/Marketing or natural sciences
• 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• High level of scientific expertise and communication of specialist knowledge
• Experience in tight collaboration with opinion leaders and the development of expert committees
• High quality standards and a high level of personal responsibility within a strong team of national and international interfaces, direct report to GM
• Precise and solution-oriented way of working, hands-on mentality
• High motivation to develop and drive forward innovative concepts
• Languages: fluent German, English written and oral

• Remuneration: EUR 70,000 gross annual salary with willingness to overpay
