Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract ending on 31st March 2026

Role Overview: The postholder will provide expertise and leadership in developing fostering services, supporting foster carers and children, and building capacity for comprehensive support systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of fostering services.
• Support supervising social workers in partnership with team managers and reviewing officers.
• Promote best practices aligned with local and national standards.
• Produce reports on service developments and collate data to inform practice.

Requirements: All applicants must have five or more years of post-qualification experience.
