Priority is given to applications from fostering service staff within the nine Foster4 Local Authorities (Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, and Wirral).

The role

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Marketing and Recruitment Officer to join our established regional foster carer recruitment hub, Foster4.

In this exciting role, you will be the driving force behind finding the next generation of foster families, using your marketing expertise to support our commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for children and young people.

You will play a key role in a regional foster carer recruitment hub, contributing to the design and delivery of targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns, managing our social media platforms and creating engaging digital content. Your work will directly guide prospective foster carers from their very first enquiry through to the initial stages of their fostering journey.

While based within Warrington Borough Council, you will work flexibly and travel throughout the region to connect with communities and raise the profile of fostering across Cheshire and Merseyside.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
