Forward Deployed Engineer

Work alongside customer teams to design and ship the integrations that make AlphaLoops part of their day-to-day workflow.

About the role

You'll work directly with customer teams - sometimes from our office, often from theirs - to deliver the integrations and configurations that make AlphaLoops fit their existing workflow. The role mixes engineering with deep customer collaboration: you'll spend time on wholesale desks, in their CRM, and across their data infrastructure, then bring what you learn back into our product priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead integration and deployment work for two to three customers per quarter.
• Build and maintain connectors for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and customer warehouses.
• Spend regular time on customer desks; feed observations back into engineering priorities.
• Own customer facing escalations end to end, from first report to resolution.

What we're looking for

• Four or more years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or senior Integrations Engineer.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one major CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Solid SQL and comfort working across enterprise data systems.
• Excellent communication; comfortable in front of senior stakeholders.

Nice to have - Experience in asset management, wealth management, or another part of financial services.
