Key Responsibilities:
- Support the build and configuration of the production FortiSIEM system.
- Assist with full component resilience testing across pre-production and production environments.
- Contribute to log source onboarding, including parser testing and configuration.
- Support agent deployment across relevant infrastructure.
- Aid in the implementation of automation playbooks.
- Assist with ServiceNow integration, focusing on incident log creation.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to the BAU operations team.
