Formulation Scientist - Innovation Lab Lead

Arbex in Northfleet is seeking a Formulation Scientist to advance our consumer tissue and hygiene products. You will lead formulation development, evaluate raw materials, and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, quality, and supply to meet regulatory, safety, and performance targets.

The role requires strong formulation expertise, experience with stability testing and documentation, and the ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to evolving priorities.
