Formula 1 Talent Acquisition Coordinator

TGR Haas F1 Team in Banbury, UK, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support end to end hiring for multiple functions during a 9 month fixed term maternity cover. You will manage interviews, ATS records, offers and onboarding, working with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Essential qualifications include a Level 5 CIPD or equivalent, at least 2 years in motorsport or fast paced environments, and strong organisation and communication skills.
