Forklift Operator

Salary: £32,680 (£30,000 + £2,680 Shift Allowance). Rising after probation to £33,661 (£30,900 + £2,761 Shift Allowance)

Shift Pattern

12-Hour Panama shifts (7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am)

• Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
• Week 2 - Wed, Thurs

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or production environment
• A forklift licence
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding and commitment to health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production line machinery to ensure accurate production
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment
• Completing routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
• Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
• Completing regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues or malfunctions
• Ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene throughout the facility
• Complete machine changeovers in an efficient and safe manner
