Forklift Driver - Reach 4on4off

Great opportunity to work as a Forklift Driver - Reach or VNA for our client, a leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions for temperature controlled food products. Staffline is recruiting Reach Truck and VNA Drivers in Desborough.

The rate of pay is:

• Days - £14.11 per hour
• Nights - £15.11 per hour
• Overtime - £21.10 per hour

Full time role working 4 on 4 off. Shift patterns available:

• 6pm to 6am - Fixed Shift
• 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am - Rotating Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations by preparing, processing, and completing orders efficiently and safely.
• Receive and handle stock, perform inventory checks, and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts/teletrucks, conduct full safety inspections, and complete required paperwork.
• Support production by ensuring a steady flow of materials, loading operators, supplying labourers, and moving items with correct route identification.
• Perform packing, picking, scanning, banding, wrapping products, and assist with packaging preparation.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas, follow company procedures, and adhere to health and safety policies.

Ideal Candidate

Physically fit, capable of manual handling. Applicants must have previous experience and an in date Reach or VNA licence.
