Your new role
As Foreperson, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects throughout Belfast. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.You will be responsible for maintaining programme deadlines, managing site logistics, monitoring quality, and ensuring health and safety compliance across all aspects of the project. This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Foreperson, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager within the construction industry, ideally delivering commercial fit out, refurbishment, or interior projects.You will possess strong organisational and leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction health and safety requirements, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades on site. Relevant site certifications, including a CSR/CSCS card, will be required, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
