Forensic Mental Health Recovery Worker

Social Interest Group (SIG) is hiring a Complex Needs Recovery Worker to join our team in Balham, London. You will support residents with forensic mental health histories and complex needs, delivering tailored, person-centred support aimed at reintegration into the community.

The role requires resilience, empathy and a collaborative approach; full training will be provided. 37.5 hours per week, on a rota, with flexibility for evenings and bank holidays as needed.
