Job Description
A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Foreman for a residential project in Roscrea, Tipperary. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company offering long-term work in the area and career stability.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day site operations and lead the site team.
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Oversee site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate materials, resources, and subcontractors.
- Report on project progress and ensure team motivation.
- Proven experience as a Foreman on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
- Relevant trade background or construction qualification preferred.
- Competitive salary of €65,000 - €75,000.
