Job Description
Dr. Martens is seeking a Designer to join the Consumer & Brand team, reporting to the Senior Designer. You will design seasonal footwear concepts, translate concepts into CADs and specifications, and collaborate to shape narratives, ensuring range consistency and market relevance.
You will conduct trend research, balance creative and commercial needs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects on time while upholding the DM spirit.
