Football Development Coach - Girls Programme

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Football Development Coach to join our team in Bury St Edmunds, delivering high-quality sessions to girls aged U8-U15.

Role Details

• Location: Bury St Edmunds
• Day/Time: Fridays, 6:00-9:00pm (2 x 1.5 hour sessions)
• Age Groups: U8-U15
• Start Date: Immediate
• Programme: Following a structured syllabus with weekly topics to support player development

What We're Looking For

• A passionate coach with experience of working with young players (girls' football experience desirable but not essential)
• FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football (minimum)
• Up-to-date FA Safeguarding Children & First Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
• A positive role model with strong communication skills
• Reliable, organised and able to deliver engaging, enjoyable sessions in line with our player pathway
