FOOTBALL COACH - PRO ELITE UNITED Thursday & Friday Evenings Manchester

Pro Elite United is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and high-quality football coach to join our growing organisation and lead our Pro Elite Group sessions every Thursday and Friday evening.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach looking to work within a progressive football organisation, develop their coaching career and work with talented young players.

ABOUT PRO ELITE UNITED

Pro Elite Group was founded on22nd June 2021, built from our experience of supporting players making the transition from grassroots football towards the professional game.

We recognised the need for young players to have greater access to high-quality coaching, development opportunities and genuine exposure to the professional football environment.

Our academy is central to our growth. Based in Manchester, we work with talented players from across the North of England, providing high-quality football training and development alongside competitive football.

With100+ active Pro Elite Academy players across the country, we continue to build opportunities that support players both on and off the pitch.

Our players also have opportunities to showcase themselves against professional academy opposition and within professional scouting environments.

THE ROLE

We are looking for aFootball Coachto take responsibility for delivering ourPro Elite United sessions every Thursday and Friday evening in Manchester.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, challenging and professional sessions that develop players technically, tactically, physically and mentally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who wants to become an important part of the Pro Elite coaching structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality football coaching sessions every Thursday and Friday evening.
• Follow and contribute to the Pro Elite coaching philosophy.
• Plan sessions that are challenging, engaging and appropriate for the players.
• Develop players technically, tactically, physically and psychologically.
• Create a positive, professional and enjoyable training environment.
• Communicate effectively with players and parents.
• Work closely with the wider Pro Elite coaching team.
• Maintain high professional standards at all times.
• Attend internal coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide feedback and contribute to player development.
• Represent Pro Elite United professionally both on and off the pitch.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a coach who is:

• Passionate about developing young footballers.
• Confident delivering sessions independently.
• Professional, reliable and well organised.
• Able to communicate effectively with young players and parents.
• Enthusiastic and positive in their approach.
• Committed to developing their own coaching career.
• Comfortable working within a structured coaching philosophy.
• Experienced working with grassroots or academy-level players.

FA/UEFA coaching qualifications are preferred, but we are also interested in ambitious coaches who demonstrate the right attitude, ability and potential.

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Football coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Certificate in Coaching Football (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
