Location:Central London & West End
Salary:Up to £45,000
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join a respected and established building services firm, where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across prestigious commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities:

• PerformPPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)andreactive maintenanceon electrical and mechanical systems.
• Emergency Light Testing & Fire Alarm Testing
• Maintenance on HVAC Equipment
• Maintenance within Plant Rooms
• Maintenance on pumps, motors etc
• Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• City and Guilds 18th Edition
• Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
