Foot Mobile Engineer

We have a new role for a Foot Mobile Engineer, to work the West London patch for a rapidly expanding service provider. You will be responsible for delivering first class maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial office buildings in West and Central London. You will have the opportunity to join a growing team and work for a supervisor and manager who will encourage you to develop in your role.

The starting salary for this role is c£45,000 and you will also be given a travel card for travel between sites.

This is a varied multi skilled maintenance role in London. You Foot Mobile Engineer role will include:

• Overseeing the PPM schedules for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and BMS
• Ensuring all mechanical systems and operating efficiently
• Working as part of a technical team of engineers
• Full reporting on works completed to ensure full building compliance
• Client interaction in a commercial setting

For this Foot Mobile Engineer role in London we are looking for:

• Recognised mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• City and Guilds Level 3 Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercialenvironment delivering multi skilled building services maintenance (mechanical biased)
• Experience of working in a foot mobile role previously in London
• Experience with mechanical plant room maintenance (AHU, FCU, HAVC)
• Clear communication and customer service focus
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload independently or as part of a team
