Eldora SA offers numerous advantages and a rewarding environment in a leading company in Switzerland.Role:As the Director of, you will manage the entire F&B activity of the site: daily operations, banquets, cocktails, events, and VIPs. As a true conductor, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure an impeccable customer experience while ensuring rigorous management of budgets, teams, and quality standards. You embody the values of the establishment, instill a continuous dynamic, and ensure perfect coordination between teams, clients, and suppliers. You will drive the economic performance of the activity by ensuring and monitoring budgets, controlling costs, reporting, and maintaining rigorous accounts. You supervise all operations of the site, ensuring the quality of dishes, service fluidity, excellence in hospitality, and a flawless customer experience. You orchestrate banquets, cocktails, and events from planning to execution, guaranteeing a premium level of service without fail from the teams. On a daily basis, you manage, train, and support your team while ensuring the quality of work, conducting performance reviews, and developing competencies. Together with the Executive Chef, you play an active role in recruitment and ensure a structured onboarding process for new employees. You continuously seek leverages to improve processes and control resources, particularly through inventory monitoring, orders, goods management, and stock control, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures, ensuring food safety and compliance of facilities. You also ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of premises, equipment, and ancillary areas, in accordance with standards and protocols.Profile:Solid experience in management, directing food service in a demanding environment (hospitality, premium site, high-end range, institution, etc.). Comfortable with figures and tools: budget management, financial control, monitoring, and document rigor. Exemplary leadership and service mindset: you unite your teams with demand, kindness, and clarity. Excellent and genuine customer culture: you build relationships, anticipate needs, and calmly manage unexpected events. Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel (daily operations + events), with methodology and responsiveness. Knowledge of cooking and a deep understanding of quality, production, and economic challenges (Hotel School, Federal Certificate or equivalent).
