Food Safety & SOP Trainer - Production

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Trainer to join our West Bromwich site. You will deliver inductions, create SOP training, and manage compliance training records to ensure all staff are up to date with Food Safety and HACCP standards.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing training and familiarity with Level 3 Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety requirements. Onsite work with development opportunities and industry-leading standards.
