Food Retail Supervisor - Nags Hall, Godstone

Knights is launching the Knights Larder at Nags Hall and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to supervise this venture.Knights Larder will compromise of a farm shop and pet retail products, providing a fresh approach to food. You will act as a brand ambassador for the Knights Larder, promoting local, sustainable produce, and building strong customer relationships. You will be overseeing daily operations, maximising sales and profit, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Other responsibilities will include managingseasonal displays and campaigns, costand stock control, ensuringfull compliance with food safety, and being responsible for the recruitment and development of the Knights Larderteam.

Skills and Experience Required

Food hall retail or farm shop management experience, commercial mindset to maximise profit and sales, team management experience including recruitment, rotas, training and performance, strong understanding of food safety andhealth and safety in a food retail environment, EPOS stock management experience.
