Your new role includes

• Leading and helping other team members in the production department to ensure production targets are met.
• Working across all areas of the meat processing plant.
• Performing daily visual inspections, quality checks as defined by departmental procedures and instructions.
• Compiling documentation and adhering to food safety standards
• Making sure machines are working and organizing tasks like making, packing, and sorting products.
• Solving any problems or disagreements in the team and monitoring staff members' work

Experience you need

• Previous experience in a managerial/ team lead role, ideally withincold room enviornments
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stick to deadlines
