Production Operators - Caerphilly (Days & Nights Available)

Looking for reliable, hands on work with flexible hours? We're recruiting Production Operators for a well established food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area. Both full time and part time opportunities are available, with immediate starts.

What you'll be doing

• Operating machinery, packing products, and maintaining quality standards
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and efficient
• Working with colleagues to meet daily targets
• Quality checks

Shifts Available

• Days: 6am-6pm
• Nights: 6pm-6am
• Monday to Sunday - choose shifts that suit you
• Full-time or part-time patterns available

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour - Days
• £15.89 per hour - Nights
• Overtime available at weekends

What we're looking for

• Reliable workers with good timekeeping
• Experience in production or manufacturing is helpful but not essential
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
