Following items are also needed as part of compliance checks

• EHO qualification certificate
• Competency framework for food as required by FSA

£68 per C inspection and £20 void inspection.

Inspection to be carried out, inspection report completed and Inspection summary left on site with FHRS rating concluded.

Once above completed to be submitted to PEHO for approval and inputted onto Tascomi by PEHO and then time sheet can be approved.

Regular QA checks will be carried out.
