Food Hall Store Manager - Customer Experience Leader

Sainsbury's Herne Bay is seeking a store leader to drive high standards and efficient operations at our Herne Bay store. You will coach teams across the food hall, ensure compliance and exceptional customer service, and lead scheduling and pay accuracy to deliver for customers.

As a hands-on manager, you'll occasionally run the store, provide direction, and implement improvements that raise daily standards and the shopping experience.
