About the role

As a Food Coordinator and Coach, you'll work with our Catering Partners to ensure they have the key skills needed to provide customers with an excellent hospitality experience. You will work both in the kitchen and front of house to achieve high culinary standards and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Share your knowledge and passion by delivering effective training, passing on expertise in food preparation to the Catering team.
  • Create a market-leading customer experience, maximize sales, minimize wastage, and exceed customer service targets.
  • Work in both the kitchen and front-of-house alongside Catering Partners.
  • Deliver the central hospitality team's vision of the menu and meet presentation standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end ordering process and support Team Managers with food safety compliance and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate passion for service and great food, showing a desire to learn and develop, acting as a role model.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
  • Previous employment in a catering environment.
  • Previous kitchen experience.
  • Previous training or coaching experience.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
  • Food Safety Levels 1-3 (training provided).
  • Customer-facing selling or service experience.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Good computer literacy skills.
