Minimum Requirements

• Enthusiasm for food and experience in high-volume food operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Structured approach to routines and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team operations and tasks
• Ensure food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Deliver excellent customer food experiences
• Implement sales support tools and optimize commerciality
• Respond to feedback and improve operational and commercial activities
