Role: Food and Beverage Team Leader

Location: The Bay Filey, Yorkshire

Salary: £13.75 per hour - paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate a team of F&B assistants to deliver excellent service in the bar and restaurant.
• Serve customers, clear tables, solve problems, and manage the shift.
• Manage rotas to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Identify and share best practice, including upselling techniques.
• Help control margins by working with FOH and kitchen teams to manage food stock, minimise wastage, and keep costs sensible.
• Handle customer complaints and manage team performance.
• Build a motivated team that takes pride in customer delight, especially during peak periods.
• Work bank holidays and weekends as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a fast paced F&B environment.
• Experience driving revenue - training provided.
• Strong problem solving ability and composure in difficult situations.
• Evidence of delivering excellence in customer service.
• Preferably a Level 2 hygiene certificate, though training can be provided on site.
• Experience in a holiday park setting is an asset but not required.
